Kathryn created her business Mi Vida Designs back in 2013 intending to push her creative boundaries, whilst making people feel amazing and enhancing their own features. The name “Mi Vida” translates to “My Life” in Spanish which is exactly how Kathryn feels about her artistry, it has always played a huge role in her life.
Over the years, she has built up an impressive portfolio from working on celebrity clients, gaining many magazine publishings, working in commercials and film, to glamming up bridal parties and creating endless possibilities with SPFX makeup. She is well known for her ability to adapt to any style you are after.
Kathryn has now trained talented women who work alongside her and she intends to continue to grow her academy, educating more aspiring makeup artists with the same passion. Exciting things are planned for 2021 as Mi Vida Makeup will be offering products, exclusive makeup education, and personalised product solutions that will be tailored to your needs. “My biggest inspiration has to be other artists and artwork. I always look at how an artwork is formed and try to use the same techniques in my work.
